Purchase of Artwork

The purchase of an original artwork, limited-edition print, giclée print, fine art print, or other product constitutes the purchase of the physical item only.

Copyright and all reproduction, licensing, publication, merchandising, and other intellectual-property rights remain with Jen LaGrutta / LaGrutta Art, unless those rights are expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.

Ownership of a physical artwork does not grant the purchaser the right to reproduce, commercially photograph, publish, license, create merchandise from, or otherwise commercially use the image or artwork.

LaGrutta Art retains the right to use images of sold original artwork for purposes including portfolios, exhibitions, publications, marketing, social media, promotional materials, and authorized reproductions or prints.

Limited Editions

Where an artwork is identified as a limited edition, the edition size and specifications will be stated in the applicable product description or accompanying documentation.

Purchasing a numbered or signed limited edition does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the purchaser.

Personal & Non-Commercial Use

This website and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Sharing links to LaGrutta Art website pages or social media content is welcome.
