Thank you for purchasing artwork from LaGrutta Art. Each order is handled with care, whether it is an original artwork shipped directly from the studio or a fine art print produced and shipped by one of our professional production partners.
Original Artwork
Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped directly from my studio in Washington State. Each piece is professionally protected for transit, and all original artwork shipments include tracking and insurance.
Shipping rates for originals are based on the size of the artwork and the packaging required to safely ship it. The applicable shipping rate will be shown at checkout before your order is completed.
Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for original artwork to be prepared and shipped. While I will always do my best to get your artwork on its way as quickly as possible, each original is personally prepared and carefully packaged by me to ensure it is properly protected for its journey to you. As LaGrutta Art grows and I continue to refine my shipping process, I expect to shorten this turnaround time.
Once your artwork has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
At this time, standard shipping rates for original artwork are available within the contiguous United States. If you are interested in purchasing an original for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or an international destination, please contact LaGrutta Art before purchasing for a shipping quote.
Fine Art Prints, Giclée Prints & Limited Editions
Fine art prints, giclée prints, limited-edition prints, and other made-to-order products may be produced and shipped directly by one of LaGrutta Art’s professional printing and fulfillment partners.
Because these pieces are made to order, production time is required before shipment.
Production and delivery times vary depending on the product, size, destination, and fulfillment location. Estimated shipping or delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Orders With Multiple Items
If your order contains more than one item, your products may be produced or shipped from different locations.
For example, an original painting may be shipped directly from LaGrutta Art while a fine art print is produced and shipped separately by a fulfillment partner.
As a result, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You may also receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on factors such as the product, package size, destination, and available shipping method.
Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery dates provided during checkout or after shipment are estimates only.
While we make every reasonable effort to ensure your artwork reaches you promptly, LaGrutta Art cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, service interruptions, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. LaGrutta Art is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping expenses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact LaGrutta Art as soon as possible. We will make every effort to correct the address before shipment or production, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or shipped.
Lost Packages
If tracking indicates that your package has been lost in transit or your shipment has stopped moving for an unusual amount of time, please contact LaGrutta Art.
We will work with the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery location and with household members, neighbors, building management, or the shipping carrier.
Please contact LaGrutta Art if you are still unable to locate the package so we can assist where possible.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your artwork as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact LaGrutta Art promptly and provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged artwork or product
- Photographs of the shipping packaging
- Photographs of any visible damage to the shipping box or container
Please keep all original packaging until the claim has been resolved, as the carrier or fulfillment partner may require photographs or additional information.
For confirmed shipping damage, LaGrutta Art will work with you and, when applicable, the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner to arrange an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping
International shipping availability will be shown at checkout where offered.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Customs processing may cause additional delivery delays outside the control of LaGrutta Art.
Returns
Please do not return artwork or print-on-demand products to the address shown on the shipping label without contacting LaGrutta Art first.
Original artwork and made-to-order prints have different return requirements.
